Customers remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any information uploaded or managed within the platforms and for ensuring that such use complies with applicable laws and regulations.
ViDoc does not assume responsibility for the content of Customer Data stored or processed within its platforms.

Cloud Infrastructure

While ViDoc takes reasonable measures to select reliable infrastructure providers, ViDoc does not control the operation of such infrastructure and shall not be responsible for disruptions, failures, or security incidents arising from cloud hosting environments or third-party infrastructure providers.
